Use cases

What can that mean in practice?

For us, AI applications do not start with a list of tools. They start with a problem.

Company knowledge

Information sits in documents, emails and in the heads of individual people. We structure that knowledge and make it available where it is needed.

Knowledge systems · internal assistants · intelligent search

Quotes & enquiries

Information gets collected, checked and rewritten over and over. AI can analyse enquiries, prepare information and speed up the quoting process. Including when the enquiry arrives at 10 pm and nobody is in the office.

Enquiry analysis · quote preparation · availability outside office hours

Project organisation

Between email, calendar, documents and project management, information and tasks get lost. We connect existing systems and automate the handovers that make sense.

Workflows · documentation · tasks · project information

Client communication

Many enquiries repeat themselves. Others need experience and personal attention. We help you tell the two apart.

Pre-qualification · drafting replies · support · phone assistance

Film & media

Production is not only creative work. Scheduling, quotes, research, production knowledge, data and communication create a considerable administrative load. Here we combine AI expertise with our own experience in film and media production.

Pre-production · production · post-production · production knowledge · equipment scheduling

These are examples.

We find the best applications in your actual processes.

One project, concretely.

Our work should be measured by results.

Commercial film production, North Rhine-Westphalia

Owner-led, small team

Starting point

Enquiries came in unstructured. Many of them never led to a job, but they tied up working time that nobody paid for.

Analysis

We examined the workflows along all five levels. The real problem was not the enquiries themselves, but what came before them: there was no point in the process where anyone decided whether an enquiry was worth pursuing at all.

Solution

A prioritised roadmap with a clear first step, plus a prototype built on a real process from the team's daily work.

Result

A solid basis for deciding which process gets automated first, and in which order the rest follows.
