royfochtman.com ↗Roy has worked freelance in film and commercial production for over twelve years, as a video operator and DIT. He studied media informatics with a specialisation in machine learning and knows how a production company runs from his own daily work, from the enquiry through the shoot and into post. For years he taught photography at the adult education centres in Cologne, Bonn and Düsseldorf, so he knows how to explain technical subjects in a way everyone can follow.
His focus is on AI systems, data, automation, infrastructure and the question: how does a technical possibility become a process that works under real conditions?

maxblass.com ↗Max studied audio production in Cologne and worked as a sound designer and filmmaker on art and media projects. For ZDF Magazin Royale he has looked after voice recordings for years, getting the best out of the people in front of the microphone. He is trained in personal development, modern project management and gestalt therapy, and has supported people, teams and projects for over ten years, in workshops, at universities and on film sets. He works from experience and along the process, close to people and to what is actually happening in the team.
Max looks at the human and organisational side of technological change. His focus is on skills, roles, communication and the question: what do people and organisations need in order to really carry new ways of working?
We do not work on the principle that Roy builds the technology and Max takes care of the people afterwards. We look at both perspectives together from the start.
In a survey of more than ten thousand employees, 67 percent regularly use generative AI, but only 36 percent feel sufficiently prepared. For Germany, the AOK absence report 2025 shows a similar picture.
